Preparing the home correctly for the service will help ensure the technician is alble to treat all the necessary areas to provide you with the best results possilble.  To better assist you with the preparations we have created 2 specific pages to deal with the inside and the outside services.  These pages can be easily printed or viewed at your leasure day or night.  Be sure to read the instructions carefully!  Preparation is important, but there is no need to do extra preparation if it is not necessary.  Upon arrival you should show the technician all the areas of your home.  The technician will indicate any areas that may need additional preparation or assist you in determining the best way to prepare an area.  Once the technician has reviewed your home with you, they will present you the work order for your review.  The work order contains the agreed upon pricing, the service to be provided and a copy of the guarantee for your review.  The technician will review this information with you then request a signature on the upper signature line of the work order giving your permission for them to proceed with the service.  Please don't be shy if you have any questions regarding any part of the paperwork or the guarantee.  The technicians are their to be certain you understand the service and what to expect.  If a technician does encounter a question that they are not sure about they will gladdly make the call to find the answer to your question.  We hope the information provided helps you prepare your home as quickly and easily as possible.  If their is something has not been included the would have benefited you, please send it to us on our contact page so we may make this site as user friendly as possible.
Be sure the kids check out the fun and games page for games and prizes.  Kids should begin looking for misspelled words or incorrect grammar and send us the word or words, the page and what it should be.  Every mistake found is another entry and another chance to win a great prize.  All ages are welcome to play.
