As stated during the scheduling of your appointment, Fleabuster Inside, Powerdust, Dustmite and other specific inside services are all booked with A TIME WINDOW. The window will vary by time of day, day of week and can range from 2 to 4 hours. If your technician is later then the window allotted and you have not heard from them use this page to contact us for an update. THE TECHNICIAN MUST BE BEYOND THE WINDOW ALLOTTED BEFORE THEY ARE CONSIDERED LATE AND NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY OUR STAFF UNLESS THE WINDOW HAS EXPIRED AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED YOU!
When rescheduling your appointment give more then 1 or 2 available times and dates. Be specific with what you would like and don't be shy. The more options you give the better chance you have of getting the one you want. Put times and dates in order of your preference. Once a match is found your appointment will be changed and you will be emailed or called or both depending upon your preferrence.

IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR AN OUTSIDE SERVICE THEN YOUR APPOINTMENT IS EITHER AN AM OR PM WINDOW! AM appointments try to arrive between 7:30 am and 1:00 pm and afternoon appointments will arrive between 12:00 and 6:00 pm. The only exceptions to outside appoinment windows are if your service is being completed along with an inside service or if you are paying the surcharge for an appointment with a set time. Although every effort will be made to accomdate any special requests you may have, no guarantee is made for a specific time for an outside service. Outside services must be an hour beyond their AM or PM window to be responded to.
